Eugene Kelley is an experienced transactional attorney who has been serving clients since 1989. Gene handles a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, rail and transportation law, bankruptcy related matters and workouts, contracts, real estate, leasing and other commercial business law issues.

Eugene M. Kelley, IV
Gene provides general representation to closely held business clients operating in a variety of industries including construction, automotive part distribution, and healthcare. He is experienced in real estate transactions, asset sales, stock transfers, and drafting and editing commercial construction contracts. He also handles the firm's Pennsylvania estate administration matters. Prior to private practice, Gene was an attorney for the Minneapolis Department of Civil Rights where he developed, drafted, and audited City construction and development contracts with specific attention to the City’s workforce, small business, and equitable inclusion programs and initiatives. In another life, Gene was also a Project Engineer for a Pennsylvania utility contractor where he helped manage sewer, natural gas, and water transmission across the Northeastern portion of Pennsylvania. Gene’s experiences working in government and private construction inform his approach to the practice of law. He has cultivated a keen ability to analyze transactions from a variety of stakeholder perspectives to effectively maintain his clients’ schedules, budgets, and goals.
